Lady Kitsuno, Nobunaga's Favourite Concubine

Lady Kitsuno was born in either 1528 or 1538 to the influential Ikoma clan of Koori Castle in Owari (the site is in modern-day Konan City, Aichi Prefecture), Kitsuno was the favourite concubine of Oda Nobunaga. Nobunaga was already married to Lady No, the daughter of Saito Dosan, when he first met Kitsuno, but captivated by her beauty, took her as his concubine.
